Can I become infected with the coronavirus via goods from China?

The quarantine period for the virus is 14 days. During this time, people who have been infected will be isolated.
From this it can be concluded that even with a human-to-human transmission of the virus, which is to be feared, does not last longer than 14 days in the human host.

In most cases your goods will be on the road for more than 30 days without any human contact. There can be no transmission by droplet. 30 days without humans or animals is a far too long thirst and hunger period for the virus.

Not so with banknotes. These are often and quickly picked up by different people. Banknotes are very suitable for infecting many people quickly and easily. Therefore they are disinfected.

There are also no warnings from the German-Government regarding the import of goods from China, especially not regarding sea transport.
